Millennial Workforce Institute™

A Client-Driven Firm Providing Analog Knowledge Needed For Success In Our Digital World. TM

Short attention span? Wired 24/7? Type and text better than you write and speak? Need immediate gratification? Not wearing a watch? Can't remember using a pay phone? Never written a thank you note using stationery and a stamp? Convinced long-term goals are for your parents? Changed jobs three times this year? Confident your future success is an entitlement?

The odds are that you were born between 1978 and 1994.

Did you know that your birthdate puts you at disadvantages in school, the job market, and the workplace out of no fault of your own? And did you know that your future success will be determined largely by qualitative rather than quantitative issues?

Let a nationally-respected management consultant and university instructor show you how to overcome the disadvantages with a qualitative, non-technical approach.
